8 / 12 / 16 Weeks Custom Training Program
Anyone from a novice, getting back to training, an athlete, or stuck with plateaus is an ideal client. Your program will be designed based on your fitness goals, including progressions on compound exercises, sets/reps/rests. The plan will also include description on how to properly execute the training sessions. The 16 Week Plan will include an additional 8 weeks of training beyond 8 weeks with the description on how to properly execute the training sessions.
